Hi, I’m Vicki

I am an Integrative Counsellor specialising in supporting women in the perinatal stage and beyond. I can help you process difficult emotions so that you can feel relief and also move towards feeling yourself again.

I also am training to work therapeutically with children and young people.

A mum of three and married to Simon and I live surrounded by orchards in Armagh, Northern Ireland.

My passion is for supporting for women and families. I have seen how when clients are properly supported and resourced, they can not only overcome challenges to their mental wellbeing, including past traumas but will begin to thrive.

I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, follow their code of ethics and have monthly supervision.

Areas of support include:

  • Loss, including miscarriage and fertility
  • Trauma or complications around birth, fertility, pregnancy, feeding issues
  • Anxiety or excessive worry or panic. Constant or excessive thinking
  • Feelings of low mood, low self esteem or depression
  • Difficult fertility journey

If you are experiencing any of these things, I can help support you to move beyond these issues, using gentle and effective approaches, meaning you’re able to make the most of this time, regain your headspace and experience a sense of peace and calm.
